Powiadomienia alarmowe z systemu RASFF dotyczące żywności (z wyjątkiem owoców i warzyw  patrz sekcja specjalna)

W niniejszym artykule przytaczamy ważne powiadomienia alarmowe z systemu RASFF Komisji Europejskiej z ostatniego miesiąca..

Od teraz będziemy jeszcze bardziej przejrzyście organizować tabelę. Będziemy sortować zgłoszenia według grup produktów i kierować się nagłówkami systemu RASFF, a także krajami pochodzenia w drugiej kolumnie. To Państwo najlepiej znają swoje surowce i produkty oraz ich pochodzenie. Dzięki temu będą Państwo mogli szybciej zidentyfikować, czy w systemie szybkiego ostrzegania znajdują się zgłoszenia, które są dla Państwa istotne. Sklasyfikowaliśmy zgłoszenia, które zostały oznaczone w systemie jako „poważne” i zostały potwierdzone jako istotne.

 

W przyszłości będziemy powstrzymywać się od powtarzania wyników i porównywania maksymalnych dopuszczalnych poziomów poszczególnych zanieczyszczeń. Ponadto w dużej mierze będziemy powstrzymywać się od wydawania ostrzeżeń dotyczących zanieczyszczenia mikrobiologicznego dla grup produktów takich jak mięso/produkty mięsne, drób/produkty drobiowe, ryby i owoce morza oraz mleko/produkty mleczne.


Od dziesięciu lat co miesiąc pojawiają się powtarzające się zgłoszenia dotyczące znanych zarazków chorobotwórczych. Ponadto te łatwo psujące się produkty spożywcze zazwyczaj nie trafiły na rynek lub nie są już dostępne w momencie sporządzania naszego raportu.

 

W dalszym ciągu zamieszczamy raporty dotyczące suszonych owoców i innych przetworzonych owoców i warzyw (z wyjątkiem produktów mrożonych) w sekcji raportów dotyczących żywności. Wszystkie owoce morza grupujemy w jednej grupie produktów (odbiegając od systemu klasyfikacji grup produktów RASFF).

Możesz łatwo samodzielnie ocenić stronę RASFF, korzystając z różnych opcji filtrowania i ograniczając raporty do tych, które są bezpośrednio interesujące dla Twojej firmy.
