No, but your local Customer service department can do it for you. ALOORA will be able to present you this sorting via stars buttons to simplify the choice of AGROLAB products (3 stars: favorite, 2 stars: usually used, 1 star, rarely used).
ANALYSIS - Soil and waste: Is there a check for eluate tests?
Yes, ALOORA checks for a combination of eluate test and eluate analysis.
GENERAL - How can an excess of matrices/contact persons/sample data/location data/analyse be removed?
GENERAL - How do I create a new order?
You can create a new order from scratch, you can make a new order out of a template, you can copy a selected ALOORA order and you can make an additional order on an ALOORA order already in the lab.
For the 2 first options, you can click on the general button on the top bar "New order".
GENERAL - How flexible is ALOORA regarding the selection I need to do?
ALOORA is customizable depending on your need. Contact your local Customer Service department to design it.
GENERAL - I have a specific offer from my sales manager, how can I select it in ALOORA?
Once you know you will need to get this specific offer in ALOORA, contact your local Customer service department, minimum 1 day before in order he/she can import it into ALOORA. Depending on the frame of your order, you will have to select the specific offer in offer or project list when you start your order.
GENERAL - I have created an order from scratch. I made a wrong entry in the first pop-up with customer or matrix choice; what do I need to do to correct it?
This initial information cannot be corrected because it affects the whole order. If your order is in draft, you will have to delete it by clicking on the trash can icon at any stage and start a new order.
If you have already sent the order to AGROLAB, you must contact your Customer Service Department to cancel it.
GENERAL - I sent an order but I forgot some analysis; what do I need to do?
Contact your local Customer service department or create an additional order. Note, an additional order is a new order on samples already in the lab and can bring extra costs for you. ALOORA will copy the info of the original order. You can delete sample(s), but not add sample(s). Be aware that if you use this option, a new order will be created, hence whatever you missed will not be added to your original order.
GENERAL - I sent an order but I want to correct some info (order reference, sample name…); what do I need to do?
A sent order cannot be modified anymore; you have to contact your local Customer service department to make the requested changes.
IMPORT - Can orders created as SIKB-XML (e.g. from TerraIndex) be imported into ALOORA?
Yes, orders from TerraIndex and other software can be sent directly to ALOORA so that you can check and validate the correct parameters and prices. Contact your local customer service department to set this up.
Order - Can I create a new order by copying a sample?
Unfortunately, this is not possible but you can copy the order of the sample and delete all samples of the order you do not need this time.
Order - Can I import an order with any type of file I want?
The import of complete orders is limited to specific formats, depending on the laboratory. Please check with your local Customer service department if you can Upload such orders.
Order - I cannot select the language in which I need my report
Please contact your local Customer service department and ask for the possibilities.
Order - I miss a contact person in my list; can I create one myself?
Ordering - Can I create my own project?
Yes, it is possible. If you miss this option, contact your local Customer service department.
Be conscious that by creating a project, your yearly contract will be used for each order created with this project.
SAMPLE - Can I enter more data than possible in the table? If so, how?
The table contains a column “add. Info” where you find a green or orange icon in the lines of each sample. When you click on the sample you arrive in a new mask where you can enter more information. In case the icon is orange it even means that it is mandatory for you to enter data in this mask.
Note that if you copy a sample, the additional info are copied too.
SAMPLE - I am using the AGROLAB import file to import my samples in my order, but I don't find how to do it?
In the 'Samples' step when ordering your samples you will find a button 'Import new samples'. You can now drag and drop your Excel file and press the import button. Your samples will appear immediately.
Warning: You can import samples with the same sample description at the same time. If you have samples with different sample descriptions, you will need to repeat the operation for each sample description.
SAMPLE - I have a big series of samples, I would like to import them directly into my order. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible, but you need to use an Excel import provided by AGROLAB. Depending on the sample data you want to import, your laboratory can also create special imports for your layout provided its an Excel. Please contact your local Customer service department.
SAMPLE - I have a series of samples with the same sample data info, is there a way to register them quickly?
Concerning the info of the grid, you can click on the button “Show sample options” and define the default input for the series. Once you create a sample, the default input will be copied in the new sample. You can also do this after you have created the samples. In this case you need to press the double arrow to insert the default information. In case it should not be used for all lines, please select the ones where the info should be implemented into before clicking on the double arrow icon.
You can also use the sample copy function in Actions column.
SAMPLE - I send often the same kind of sample, can I create a favorite sample description to make me the registration faster?
Yes, you can. Describe your sample best as possible, then click on the star 'Favorite' and give a name to this sample kind. You will find your favorite in the "Favorite" drop down menu. When you create a new sample, just select your favorite sample description.
SAMPLE - Usually I create my order the same day I do the sampling, is there a possibility to register automatically that actual date is for sample taking?
Yes, in the "Configuration" view from the navigation bar, you can then define by default, "set actual date for sampletaking" in the block "Further options".
SAMPLE - When I create a sample, there are lot of columns to select, am I obliged to do it?
Please describe your sample as best as you can (as most steps plus attributes). This will lead to a faster and better processing at the laboratory. It is also very important because some analysis you might want to choose only appear the "deeper" you go into describing your sample.
Template - How do I create a template and how should I work with it?
Once your order is created, click on the button "Save as template" in step "Confirmation". ALOORA will copy this order as a template, and you will find it in the "Template" tab in Your Labs and the "Template" tab when you create a new order. You can now make a new order based on this template.
