The Kiel Environmental Laboratory has exceptional expansion possibilities on the Business Campus and is increasing its total area from around 2,000 m² to 7,200 m². Thus AGROLAB is further expanding its leading position in the environmental sector and strengthening its site in the north. The analytical focus is on solids, asbestos and legionella. In the next three to five years, the number of employees is to be almost tripled. With these developments AGROLAB will become an important employer in the region. Kiel without its two labs would be unimaginable.

Landshut. AGROLAB has signed an agreement to acquire the testing division of Ambiente S.p.A., composed of four laboratories active in the environmental testing business. AGROLAB is thus represented throughout Italy.

RAFA stands for Recent Advances in Food Analysis and is one of the most important biennial symposia in Europe in the field of food analysis and research. The considerable space problems led to the decision to separate AGROLAB Labor GmbH (Environmental Laboratory) and AGROLAB GmbH (Holding / Central Administration).
