Several regulation changes have been reported and were set in force during the past weeks that we like to point your attention to. For details please refer to the original sources via the links offered below.

The following regulations are set in force and will be valid soon:EU 2017 /627 valid rom 27.10.2017: new lowered MRLs for Fenpyroximat, Triadimenoland Triadimefon
EU 2017/693 valid from 03.11.2017: new lowered MRLs for Chlormequatand Tebufenpyrad (

New regulations:

EU regulation EU 2017/1777 has been published and will be set in force and will be immediately valid from 20.10.2017. It contains MRL changes for 9 actives used in fruit & vegetable production: Dichlorprop, Ethephon, Etridiazol, Flonicamid, Fluazifop-P, Metaldehyd, Penconazol, Spinetoram, Tau-Fluvalinate.
