Shortened approval period for four pesticide actives

The authorisation for the use of the following active substances will expire sooner than originally decided. As a rule the maximum residue limits are also subsequently reduced to the limit of determination.

The EU Commission shortened the validity period of the permits with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/489, which will come into force on 04/17/2022. No applications for a prolongation have been placed.
