Shortened approval period for two pesticide actives

The authorisation for the use of the following active substances will expire sooner than originally decided. As a rule the maximum residue limits are also subsequently reduced to the limit of determination.

 

 

The EU Commission shortened the validity period of the permits with Regulation 2021/1450, which came into force on 09/26/2021. The applicants had withdrawn their applications for renewal of the permit.
