Truffles

Dr. Hans Volker Tichy and his collegues from the working group of Prof. Dr. Markus Fischer published results from the Food Profiling project.

 

We are a proud, that our lab manager Dr Hans-Volker Tichy at AGROLAB LUFA GmbH - meanwhile retired - and his colleagues from the working group of Prof. Dr. Markus Fischer from the Hamburg School of Food Science, Institute of Food Chemistry successfully published their recent research results performed within the BLE project “Food Profiling” in the renown scientific publication “Foods” in April. The methods published can be regarded as an important milestone with respect to food fraud prevention, respectively revealing fraudulent practice on one of the most expensive foods world-wide - truffles.
