Kennzeichnungspraxis für Vitamine in der Zutatenliste höchstrichterlich bestätigt
Der EUGH hat bestätigt, dass die Angabe „Vitamin A“ in einer Zutatenliste im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1169/2011 hinreichend ist ohne Angabe der genauen chemischen Verbindung. Neben der verkehrsüblichen Bezeichnung kann zusätzlich die verwendete Komponente genannt werden.

Labelling practice for vitamins in the list of ingredients confirmed by the supreme court

The ECJ has confirmed that the indication "vitamin A" in a list of ingredients within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is sufficient without indicating the exact chemical compound. In addition to the customary name, the component used may also be mentioned.

Pratique d'étiquetage des vitamines dans la liste des ingrédients confirmée par la Cour suprême

 La Cour de Justice Européenne a confirmé que la mention " vitamine A " dans une liste d'ingrédients au sens du règlement (UE) n° 1169/2011 est suffisante sans indiquer le composé chimique exact. En plus de la dénomination habituelle, le composant utilisé peut également être mentionné.

Salmonellen und Schokolade
Es hat einen der großen Süsswaren-Konzerne kurz vor Ostern hart getroffen: Europaweiter öffentlicher Produktrückruf, Betriebsschließung und neben dem wirtschaftlichen Verlust ein massiver Imageschaden sind die Folge. Daher ist eine aktuelle Information des BfR zur Problematik Schokolade und Salmonellen derzeit der „Renner“ bei den Downloads von der BfR-Webseite.

Wir weisen im AGROLAB RADAR regelmäßig auf die mikrobiologischen Risiken als häufigste Ursache für Produktrückrufe hin und appellieren erneut, in Fragen der Produktionshygiene in jedem Lebensmittelbetrieb höchste Sorgfalt walten zu lassen und lieber eine Probe mehr, als eine zu wenig zu ziehen und von externen Laboren prüfen zu lassen.

One of the big confectionery companies was hit hard shortly before Easter: Europe-wide public product recall, plant closure and, in addition to the economic loss, massive damage to its image are the result. Salmonelle et chocolat

L'une des grandes entreprises de confiserie a été durement touchée peu avant Pâques : Retrait-Rappel de produits à l'échelle européenne, fermeture d'usine, et également perte économique, atteinte massive à son image en sont les conséquences. C'est pourquoi les dernières informations du BfR (“Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung” Institut fédéral allemand pour l'évaluation des risques) sur le problème du chocolat et des salmonelles sont actuellement le téléchargement le plus populaire du site web du BfR.

Dans AGROLAB RADAR, nous signalons régulièrement les risques microbiologiques comme la cause la plus fréquente des rappels de produits et nous appelons une fois de plus à faire preuve de la plus grande prudence en matière d'hygiène de production dans chaque entreprise agroalimentaire et à préférer prélever un échantillon de plus que de moins et de le faire analyser par des laboratoires externes.
