In April 2018, the US Department again initiated the USDA / AMS / FGIS Proficiency Program. The LUFA-ITL GmbH in Kiel has successfully participated in screening procedures for three soy and corn events.

EU COURT DECIDED: NOVEL GENOME EDITING METHODS WILL CREATE GMOS
The EU Court of Justice has ruled that plants and animals created using novel genome editing methods like CRISPR/Cas9 will be classed as genetically modified organisms and therefore have to follow the strict EU guidelines for GMOs.

Controlling salmonella in 24h with Q-FAST method under ISO 17025
AGROLAB Ibérica has obtained ISO 17025 accreditation for the analysis of salmonella in food, feed and environmental samples, using the QFast method, which allows the simple, rapid and reliable determination of the presence or absence of Salmonella spp in less than 24 hours.
New standards in food labeling, indication of the origin of primary ingredients

Successful participation in QS proficiency test
